Return and Refund Policy
At Mil-Spec Munitions, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Due to the custom nature of 3D-printed firearm and ammunition components, we have the following return and refund policy:
All Sales Are Final
Because our products are custom-made to order, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons including (but not limited to) buyer’s remorse, improper use, or failure to ensure compatibility.
Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or shows clear signs of manufacturing defects, you may request a replacement or store credit. To qualify:
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
• Provide photos of the damage or defect.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
We reserve the right to determine whether the item is eligible for replacement or credit based on the evidence provided.
No Refunds for Misuse or Improper Application
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, use with live ammunition (if not rated), or modifications made by the end user. Our products are provided as-is and are not guaranteed for live-fire or operational deployment unless explicitly stated.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided that production has not already begun. Once printing has started, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Shipping and Handling
We do not refund shipping fees, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for any authorized returns. Returned items must include original packaging when applicable.
